How Our Business Works?

Before Selection Process:

As BE Nature company grants its organic high-end quality meat, co-operating committedly with the largest livestock certified organic farms in Estonia and Latvia, all information about the Beef cattle, since birth till the selection process, and their pedigree, are reviewed and re-checked.

Selection Process:

When selecting our organic Beef Cattle, we check the tests conducted by our organic farms partners for the common communicable diseases, and re-check all the strict organic controlled conditions of the Beef cattle herd. And that not only to ensure the high quality of our meat, but also to provide our customers by the healthiest food could be offered.

After Selection Process:

After our abovementioned selection process, our high quality Beef cattle are transported, via our logistic partner – a specialized livestock carrier company, to our organic certified slaughterhouse and processing facility where the slaughtering process takes place considering all required HALAL procedures and rituals supervised by the Islamic organization granting us the HALAL certification.

Meat Processing:

According to our customer’s request, we offer the finished meat product:
1- Carcasses with all sort of cuts: Whole/halves/quarters/whole back/Pistola.
2- All sort of Beef cuts: (with any requested weights)

Beef Steaks: Tenderloin/Ribeye/Sirloin/Flank/ChuckEye – Goulash/Entrecote/Silverside/Tri Tip/Eye of round/Brisket/Minced.

Packaging Process:

BE Nature can offer two types of packaging:

1- Normal Packaging: suitable for fresh meat markets (super- and hypermarkets, restaurants, … ).

2- Vacuum Packaging: suitable for frozen meat markets and long shelf-life time (online butchers, super- and hypermarkets, hotels, restaurants, … ).
