
Limousin Beef is leaner than other beefs with lower saturated fats (and cholesterol).
Purebred Limousin cattle are heavily muscled and have a high carcass yield. But from our organic farms, we can also offer Crossbred Limousin which have higher fat class and degree of marbling, on request!
What can we offer?
- Beef Carcasses – Whole/halves (with and without offal) – Heifers and Oxes.
- Different Beef Cuts (vacuum packed – requested weights – fresh and frozen).
- Fully Deboned Beef carcass (vacuum packed anatomic muscles – requested weights – fresh and frozen).
- Pistola cuts and Whole Back cuts.
Organic (grass-fed) and also Halal certifications are granted. Delivery to whole Europe and outside Europe, as well.
